Since moving to the region 20-years ago, he has leveraged his expertise and integrity to grow his personal client base established Shane Aspen Real Estate, which quickly climbed to the highest-producing, independent brokerage. Heeding his community's need for committed, knowledgeable brokers, Shane built his business on creativity, industriousness, and business acumen. He firmly believes that real estate is a full-time job; if you don't love it and breathe it every day, you can't possibly expect to excel.
In April of 2016, Shane strategically partnered with Compass in an effort to provide his clientele the benefits of the New York based real estate company's technology, marketing expertise, and twenty-four US offices significant global reach.
