Steven is everything you’d want and expect from a real estate agent, and then some. Before my husband and I worked with Steven, we didn’t understand the value that real estate agents added. Working with Steven and his team (Karla and Tatiana) has been an incredibly positive experience. When selecting a realtor so many factors come in to play, that in retrospect, we now know can make or break a sale and add or detract from the overall experience. Steven's reputation, knowledge of the market and skill played a huge role in the sale of our house and in getting things done quickly. What I loved about working with Steven was not only his incredible network of "A" list clients but his intuitive sense of understanding the important aspects of selling my property.
